This Geisha coffee is grown by Graciano Cruz at the Los Lajones farm in the Chiriqui highlands of Panama. Processed using the honey method, this coffee offers a delicate and bright cup profile. It features floral notes of lavender, followed by a fresh and juicy acidity from mandarin orange. The finish provides a deep, natural sweetness reminiscent of raw cane sugar, known as raspadura. This combination creates an expressive and elegant coffee experience.
