Los Arcos is a coffee produced by third-generation farmer Osmin Garcia in the Jalapa region of Guatemala. This coffee is processed using a waterless depulper and dry fermentation for 36 hours. It features a flavor profile characterized by notes of forest fruits, chocolate, and cherry. The coffee is roasted to a medium level and is suitable for espresso preparation.
Square Mile Coffee Roasters was founded in 2008 in London by James Hoffmann, the 2007 World Barista Champion, and Anette Moldvaer, the 2007 World Cup Tasters Champion. The roastery operates from Walthamstow in East London. Sourcing is built on long term direct relationships with producers, supported by forward buying and pre financing to ensure stability and fairness across the supply chain. As one of the first specialty coffee companies in London, Square Mile played a defining role in shaping the city's third wave coffee movement.
