About This Coffee

This coffee is a Pacamara variety grown at Acacia Hills on the volcanic slopes of Mount Oldeani in Tanzania, at an altitude of 1750-1950 meters. The cherries are pulped within 10 hours of harvest, dry fermented in cement tanks for 36-40 hours, washed in channels, and dried on shaded raised beds. It features a flavor profile of orange cream, pink grapefruit, and honey.
