About This Coffee

Las Amapolas is a single-origin coffee from the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala, grown at altitudes between 1,350 and 2,000 meters. This coffee consists of Caturra and Catuaí varieties and is processed using a washed method. The beans are strictly hard beans (SHB) that mature slowly, resulting in a dense core. The flavor profile is characterized by vibrant citric acidity, dark chocolate, and honey notes, accompanied by a rich, fruitful aroma.
