Grown at 1600 meters above sea level, this harvest is a blend of Caturra, Catuai, and Pache varieties. Flavor notes include dark chocolate, roasted almonds, baked lemon, nougat, apricot jam, and a hint of coconut, with a velvety smooth body and excellent balance. Suitable for all brewing methods.
