This coffee is a natural processed Geisha from the Elida Estate in the Boquete region of Panama. Grown at an altitude of 1,800 meters, the coffee benefits from the cool nights and misty conditions of the native cloud forest within the Volcán Barú National Park. The flavor profile features sweet notes of maple syrup, bright pineapple, and delicate jasmine florals, offering a sweet, tropical, and elegant cup.
Founded by Yanyi Xu, a micro roastery based in North London. Known for a gentle roasting style that preserves origin characteristics, with a strong focus on Ethiopian micro lots (floral, jasmine, bergamot profiles) and, unusually for the UK, one of the largest selections of Chinese Yunnan micro lots.
