Owned by Mauricio Shattah and Liliana Montoya, this lot features the Wush Wush variety. It undergoes a Double Staggered Anaerobic Natural Nitrogen Flushed process. The flavor profile is characterized by notes of pomegranate, cherry, and grilled pineapple. This coffee is roasted to a light level and is suitable for both filter and espresso brewing methods.
