This washed direct-trade Geisha from La Divisa, produced by Sebastián Gomez, is grown at ~1,700 meters in Circasia, Quindío, Colombia. The 24 kg microlot is Geisha-only, noted for delicate floral aromas with violets and jasmine, and flavors of strawberries and peaches, finished with a syrupy sweetness and tart acidity. Medium body and a peach ice-tea finish define its balance for filter brewing.
Located in Zurich, Miró considers itself a Manufactura de Café, or coffee factory, where the focus is on true craftsmanship. Founded by brothers Daniel and David Sanchez, they meticulously source unique lots from around the world. Their roasting philosophy aims to create vibrant, clean, and memorable coffee experiences that highlight each bean's origin.
