About This Coffee

This single-origin coffee is produced by Eduardo Anacona at Finca La Colorada in the Villa María vereda of Íquira, Huila, Colombia. Grown at altitudes up to 2,150 meters, this Pink Bourbon variety is hand-picked and undergoes a 40-hour dry fermentation in cement tanks before being fully washed and dried under parabolic shade for three weeks. The resulting cup is fruit-driven, featuring tasting notes of warm raspberries and blackcurrants with a structured, glossy mouthfeel.
