This single-origin coffee is grown at the Kotowa farm in the Boquete highlands of Panama at an altitude of 1700 meters. The coffee features the Casiopea variety, which is an Ethiopian landrace selection cultivated on the Duncan farm. It is processed using the natural method and roasted to a light level. The flavor profile is characterized by notes of rose, blackberry, and Earl Grey tea.
Founded in 2017 by the husband-and-wife team Weihong Zhang, a biochemist, and Xuan Zhou, an interior designer, BlendIn Coffee Club is a "tree-to-cup adventure."
