This coffee is a Typica variety from the Mimas Estate in the Callejón Seco region of Boquete, Panama, grown at 1,600 meters altitude. It is a natural processed coffee that undergoes a unique maceration process using Geisha cherry distillate. The flavor profile features notes of blackberry, white currant, blueberry, red grape, and sugar cane, with a juicy, light body and bright acidity. This light-roasted coffee is designed to highlight natural fruit and floral characteristics.
