Paradise Coffee Roasters

About This Coffee

This Kona Classic Peaberry is a 100% Kona coffee sourced from the Black Rock Farm in North Kona, Hawaii, at an altitude of 1200-1400 feet. The coffee is processed using a mechanical depulping method followed by overnight fermentation and drying on covered Hoshidana racks. It features a flavor profile of toasted coconut, hazelnut, grapefruit, and lime, with a smooth finish. Peaberry beans are naturally occurring single-seed cherries that offer a unique, uniform roast and enhanced acidity and aroma compared to standard flat beans.
