About This Coffee

This washed coffee originates from the Las Juntas farm in Huila, Colombia, cultivated at 1,800 meters altitude by producer Diever Galindez. The Pink Bourbon variety is harvested from July to September 2025 using a distinctive multi-day fermentation process: cherries are fermented whole for up to three days, then depulped and fermented dry for 20 hours in tiled tanks before sun-drying for 15-20 days. The coffee exhibits a soft, silky body with berry and cane sugar sweetness, featuring flavor notes of raspberry, blackberry, panela, and citrus with bright, refreshing acidity.
