This coffee is sourced from the Kayon Mountain Coffee Farm in the Shakiso district of Ethiopia. Owned and operated by Ismael Hassen Aredo and his family, the farm spans 500 hectares and utilizes shade-grown practices with indigenous trees. This natural processed coffee is grown at an elevation of 1900-2200 meters. It features a flavor profile characterized by notes of sweet tea, jasmine, and a candy-like sweetness.
