This Rwanda-origin washed coffee comes from the Kanzu washing station in Nyamasheke, at 1,800–2,100 meters above sea level. It is associated with local smallholder farmers and is categorized as Red Bourbon. The cherry is processed via a washed method, offering crisper acidity and subtle fruit notes, including dried fruit sweetness and orange, with a milk chocolate finish.
