Produced by Joseph Brodsky, this naturally processed coffee is grown without chemicals, using natural spring water and rainwater. Heirloom Ethiopian Geisha variety grown under full forest canopy. Light roast with a cup score of 92.75, featuring tasting notes of Orange Peel, Crème Brûlée, Peach, and Vanilla. Recommended for filter brewing.
