This coffee is grown by Carlos and Felipe Arcila at the Jardines del Eden farm in the Quindio region of Colombia at an altitude of 1700-1900 meters. The Java variety, a selection from an Ethiopian landrace population, is processed using a washed method. This coffee features a bright and aromatic flavor profile with notes of lemon tea, jasmine, pineapple, and lime. It is roasted to an omni profile, making it suitable for a variety of brewing methods.
