The Geisha variety is cultivated using sustainable practices including solar panels, reforestation, and natural soil enrichment. This washed process coffee features a clean profile with bright acidity balanced by beautiful sweetness. Flavor notes include vibrant grapefruit, herbaceous rosemary, delicate green tea, and aromatic lemon zest. The coffee scored 91 points and represents the third generation of the Janson family's commitment to quality and environmental responsibility.
