This coffee is a single-origin lot from the Megadu region in Guji, Ethiopia, produced by Bette Bunna. It consists of 74112, 74110, and Wild Guji Megadu varieties grown at an altitude of 1,900 to 2,000 meters. The coffee undergoes a 120-hour anaerobic natural fermentation process. It features a syrupy texture with distinct flavor notes of peach, cola, lingonberry, and cherry.
