A washed single-origin coffee from Kayon Mountain Farm in the Shakiso district, Guji zone, Oromia region of Ethiopia, produced by Ismael Hassen Aredo and his family since 2012. The farm spans 500 hectares at 1900–2200 masl, located 510 km south of Addis Ababa. Varietals are 74110 and 74112. Harvested in January 2022, the coffee is light/medium roasted with tasting notes of jasmine, apricot, lemon, and toffee. Suitable for both filter and espresso, and pairs well with milk and alt-milk.
