A microlot from La Fincona in Santa Barbara, Honduras (1600 m), grown by Isaias Fernandez. Parainema variety processed with a washed anaerobic method and dried on raised beds. Fruit-forward and bright with tasting notes of dried cranberry, winey acidity, melon, and raw honey; suited to both filter and espresso.
