This coffee is sourced from the CAFESMO cooperative in the Mercedes, Ocotepeque region of Honduras, grown at altitudes between 1000 and 1900 meters. It is an anaerobically fermented natural process coffee featuring a blend of Paraneima, Pacas, and Catuaí varieties. The flavor profile includes notes of raspberry jam, rhubarb, s'mores, strawberry, honey, and cedar, with a juicy and creamy body. This organic-certified coffee is produced by a cooperative of smallholder farmers who utilize diverse intercropping practices.
