This Geisha is from Hacienda La Esmeralda (Buenos Aires, San José), Panama, grown at 1700 masl by Estela Pitti. Geisha variety underwent natural fermentation with climate-controlled drying. Expect floral and fruit-forward flavors—lilac, honeysuckle, mango puree, blueberry, yellow peach and wild honey—presented in a light roast with delicate body.
