This Panama Geisha from Hacienda La Esmeralda (Cañas Verdes) is grown at 1750 masl and produced by the Peterson family. It is a Geisha variety processed with natural fermentation and climate-controlled drying. Tasting notes: pink rose, geranium, apricot, tangerine, cantaloupe and sparkling apple soda; typically presented as a light roast with bright, delicate body.
