This coffee is a single-origin lot from the Baoshan region of Yunnan, China. It is produced using Hachi’s unique Symbiotic Process, a fermentation method where the active fermentation culture from one coffee is used to guide the development of another, ensuring all elements come from the coffee itself. This lot, named Chénxī, meaning morning light, is characterized by its bright and energetic profile. It offers a juicy acidity, layered sweetness, and exceptional cleanliness, with distinct flavor notes of yellow fruits, floral, citrus, and brown sugar.
