This coffee is a Colombia-origin bean from El Vergel farm in Tomila region, produced by Elias and Shady Bayter. It is grown at 1,350 meters above sea level and offered as Whole Bean. The bean uses an Anaerobic Natural processing method, and features notes of guava, banana, and dark chocolate. Varieties are Red and Yellow Caturra.
