It is a blend of Caturra and Bourbon varieties, processed using the washed method. The flavor profile features notes of stewed stonefruit, specifically nectarine and apricot, complemented by butterscotch, hazelnut praline, and sweet honey. This coffee is characterized by a full body and is specifically roasted for filter brewing methods.
