This single-origin coffee is sourced from the village of Santo Domingo Xenacoj in Guatemala, grown at an altitude of 1800 meters. It is a washed coffee featuring Caturra and Bourbon varieties. The cup profile is characterized by smooth butterscotch, hazelnut praline, and sweet honey notes, with a full body and flavors of stewed nectarine and apricot. The coffee benefits from the rich volcanic soil and distinct microclimate of the region.
