This single-origin coffee is sourced from Finca Santa Elisa, located near San Pedro Yepocapa in the Acatenango region of Guatemala. Grown in rich volcanic soils at high altitudes, this coffee is processed using the washed method. It offers a balanced flavor profile featuring notes of milk chocolate, pear, and sugar cane, with delicate honeyed floral undertones. Rob and Vikki Hodge founded Rave Coffee in Cirencester in 2011. The roastery moved into a renovated building on Phoenix Way in spring 2023, housing two Loring roasters, a 70kg and the original 35kg. They roast to order daily and have accumulated over 24,000 five star reviews. The Independent voted their subscription the Best Overall Coffee Subscription in 2024.
