This single-origin coffee is produced by Pedro Perez Domingo in Concepción Huista, located in the Sierra de los Cuchumatanes region of Guatemala. The area features a unique microclimate created by warm updrafts from the plains of Tehuantepec meeting cooler mountain air, which fosters high-quality coffee production. This lot offers a flavor profile reminiscent of chocolate candy bars, characterized by notes of sweet milk chocolate, sugary nougat, and bright pistachio.
The first coffee roaster in Cambridge, Broadsheet opened in 2017 , with owner Aaron McDougall, a finalist at the US Roasting Championship, shifting into coffee from a previous careerin banking. Aaron is an Arabica Q-Grader and sources exceptional coffees from around the world that range from comforting to experimental and eye-opening.
