Guatemala Jalapa is a single-origin coffee from the Jalapa region of Guatemala, grown by smallholder farmers at 1,300–1,800 m. The lot includes Bourbon, Caturra, and Pache varieties and is fully washed. Tasting notes highlight citrus, orange, and juicy nectarine with caramel, toffee, and milk chocolate sweetness, a medium body, and a warm, nutty finish.
