This is a blended lot from smallholders in the San Antonio Huista municipality (Huehuetenango, Guatemala) produced by Familia Primavera in collaboration with Primavera. It is a traditionally washed lot assembled from multiple smallholders to create a single exportable lot with intact traceability. The coffee is roasted for a comfort, house-filter style profile with notes of caramel, chocolate, and orchard fruit, suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.

Scenery Coffee Roasters

Scenery Coffee Roasters was founded in London in 2023 by a trio with a combined three decades of experience in the specialty coffee industry. They roast on a Loring S35, producing on set days and holding coffee in airtight bulk storage before bagging, a workflow designed around freshness and consistency. Sourcing is forward looking: Scenery works with importers to purchase coffee early while it is still at origin, releasing lots as they land in the UK. All furniture in the space is upcycled, and the approach to materials follows the same minimal intervention philosophy that guides the roasting. Scenery was named a Sprudge Notable Roaster for 2025 and won Sprudge Best Design/Packaging in 2024.
