This Guatemalan Geisha from El Injerto (Los Pinos), Huehuetenango, is produced by Jesús Aguirre Sr. at 1,807–1,920 masl. The Geisha variety is washed-processed and offers floral and stone-fruit notes—lavender, red plum, lemon candy, tangerine and yellow peach—with bright clarity well-suited to filter brewing.
