Black and White Coffee Roasters

About This Coffee

This coffee is sourced from the Gesha Village Estate in the Bench Maji zone of Ethiopia, grown at an altitude of 1930-2040 meters. It is a Gesha variety processed using an anaerobic natural method, where cherries are fermented in sealed jute bags for 45 hours before sun-drying. The flavor profile is complex and tea-like, featuring notes of jasmine, bergamot, mango, cherry, and peach, with a crisp, wine-like acidity that evolves as the cup cools.
