About This Coffee

This coffee is a washed community lot from Genji Challa kebele near Agaro in the Jimma highlands of western Ethiopia. Landrace varieties are grown above 2,100 meters and yield a cherry-bright, jasmine-floral cup. The beans are washed with an overnight soak and dried 6–8 days on raised beds. Tasting notes include Cherry, Floral, Lemon. Roast Level: Light.
