Duromina is a certified organic coffee from the Agaro region of Western Ethiopia, grown at an altitude of 1900-2200 meters. This washed coffee features Ethiopia landrace varieties. The flavor profile is characterized by notes of strawberry rhubarb pie, Meyer lemon, and honey, with a sweetness reminiscent of hard candy and a clean, bright finish. The coffee is processed by mechanically depulping, soaking overnight, and drying on raised beds under a shaded canopy to ensure quality and longevity.
