This coffee is a single-origin offering from the Gedicho region in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, produced by Nafkot Admasu. Grown at an altitude of 2150 meters, this Heirloom variety is processed using the natural method. The cup is characterized by a clean and complex profile with bright citrus notes, elegant stone fruit, and distinct floral clarity. It features a refined, tea-like acidity with flavor notes of raspberry, peach, bergamot, and lime.
