This natural process Gesha coffee is grown by Fredy Orantes on his farm, Buena Vista, in the Fraijanes region of Guatemala at an altitude of 1870 meters. The cherries are hand-picked, soaked to remove floaters, and sundried on raised beds for 25 to 30 days. This coffee offers an elegant flavor profile characterized by notes of candied tropical fruit and floral aromatics.
Founded by a Seattle native who honed his craft in Melbourne, Australia, Stamp Act Coffee brings an international perspective to roasting. The focus is on sourcing high-quality, traceable coffees and roasting them with a light touch to highlight their natural sweetness and complexity.
