Produced by Nestor Lasso and Jhon Vergara, this coffee consists of Colombia and Castillo varieties. It is processed using the Sacha Washed method, a controlled fermentation technique designed to enhance clarity and sweetness. The flavor profile is complex and aromatic, featuring notes of juicy peach, vibrant red berries, citrus zest, and elegant floral undertones.
