This coffee is a Caturra variety grown at Finca Milán in the Risaralda region of Colombia at 1,500 meters altitude. It undergoes a unique Nitro Infused Co-ferment process, where the coffee is fermented in a bioreactor with fruit must, starter cultures, and culturing lixiviates in a nitrogen-modified atmosphere, followed by sequential washing and drying. The flavor profile is distinctly fruity, featuring notes of watermelon, watermelon Jolly Ranchers, and watermelon sour patches. This light roast is suitable for various brewing methods including espresso and filter.
