This coffee is a Caturra variety from Pereira, Risaralda, Colombia, grown at 1,500 meters altitude. Produced by Julio César Madrid Tisnés and Julio Andrés Quiceno, it undergoes a unique nitro-infused co-fermentation process where watermelon is introduced during fermentation, followed by drying on raised beds and mechanical drying. The flavor profile is expressive and candy-like, featuring notes of watermelon taffy, grenadine, and a creamy, custard-like finish.
