It is a blend of Castillo and Caturra varieties processed using a yeast fermentation washed method. The flavor profile features notes of yellow peach, apricot, lychee, plum, and custard, with a smooth mouthfeel and a subtle red wine aftertaste. This light roast coffee offers a clean and impactful cup.
