This coffee is a Caturra variety grown at Finca Milán in the Arabia township of Pereira, Colombia, at an altitude of 1,500 meters. It undergoes a unique 100-120 hour Logan Culturing fermentation process in a stainless-steel bioreactor, with fresh pineapple and blackberry introduced during the cycle. This experimental process results in a vibrant flavor profile featuring notes of tropical fruit, banana, raspberry, and Earl Grey tea. It is a light roast suitable for both espresso and filter brewing methods.
