Finca Milan [NG]

This coffee is produced by Julio Madrid at Finca Milan in the Risaralda region of Colombia. It is a blend of Castillo and Caturra varieties. The coffee undergoes a precise 'Culturing' process where cherries are depulped and fermented with a farm-developed culture of yeasts and bacteria, supported by local fruits, herbs, and spices, followed by a washed process. The flavor profile is delicate and graceful, featuring notes of orange blossom, rose water, and fresh, juicy raspberry.
