This coffee is a Typica Mejorado from Leonidas Jaramillo's farm, El Alisal, located in Ecuador at 2000 meters of elevation. It is a natural processed coffee that offers a juicy profile. This omniroast is optimized for filter brewing, though it can also be prepared as espresso by an experienced barista.
