About This Coffee

This Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Konga Qawissa is a washed coffee produced by 800 smallholder farmers in the Konga Sedie village of the Gedeo zone. Grown at high altitudes between 1,900 and 2,100 meters, this lot consists of mixed heirloom varieties. The coffee is handpicked, fermented, and dried on raised beds for 21 days. It features a bright, complex profile with tasting notes of sweet lemon, jasmine, herbal black tea, bergamot, and sweet orange, complemented by a cinnamon spice aroma.

Klatch Coffee was founded in 1993 by Mike Perry in Upland, California, and has grown from a single retail location into one of Southern California's most recognized specialty roasters.
