About This Coffee

Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Aricha is a naturally processed coffee from the Aricha region within Yirgacheffe micro-region in southern Sidamo. Grown at 2000-2200 meters altitude in volcanic soils by smallholder farmers using intercropping methods, the Heirloom variety coffee is cultivated slowly for dense flavor concentration. The coffee features blueberry, raspberry, strawberry, and orange marmalade flavor notes with a fruity, tea-like character.

The Crackpots Coffee Roaster was founded in 2017 by Wilson and YeeFong in Subang Jaya, Selangor, growing from a small open air mini roaster into a full commercial roasting operation. Every batch is roasted on demand and dispatched within the optimal consumption window, ensuring customers receive coffee at its freshest. Their selection spans light to medium dark roasts across a rotating lineup of single origins and blends.
