This coffee is a natural processed single origin from the Yaye washing station in the Sidama region of Ethiopia. Grown by smallholder farmers at an altitude of 2,230 meters, it features JARC 74148 and 74158 varieties. The coffee undergoes a 30-day drying period on raised beds, resulting in a fruit-forward profile with juicy notes of red fruit, berries, and cherry juice.
