This Ethiopia Sidamo coffee is sourced from 725 smallholder farmers in the Shantawane area of the Bensa Woreda, Sidama Zone. Grown at an altitude between 1950 and 2150 meters, this coffee is processed using the washed method at the Ayla washing station. The beans are of the 74110 and 74158 varieties. The flavor profile features bright and sweet notes of yuzu, plum, raw honey, and pineapple.
