Grown by smallholder farmers at an altitude of 1950-2200 meters, this coffee consists of Wolisho and Dega varieties. The cherries are sun-dried on raised beds for 15-21 days. It features a flavor profile characterized by honey sweetness, marshmallow, blackcurrant, stone fruit, and jasmine, with a clean, juicy acidity.
